Do you use dryers?
Yes, but not the kind you have at home. We use specialized moisture-controlled tension equipment. It dries the garment while pressing it. This prevents the severe shrinkage caused by traditional high-heat tumble drying.

Can you guarantee a stain will come out?
No. Anyone who guarantees stain removal is lying to you or using chemicals harsh enough to degrade your fabric. We evaluate every stain under high-resolution lighting. If you already ran the garment through a hot dryer at home, the heat likely baked the stain into the fibers. We will give you an honest assessment before we start.

Are you actually organic?
The word organic is heavily abused in this industry. Many cleaners claim to be organic while using hydrocarbon solvents. We do not play that game. We use professional wet cleaning and liquid CO2. Zero toxic chemicals. Zero groundwater contamination.
